16 ounce liquid slightly sweetned with agave. Recommended for children 3 and up. A teaspoon in day 8 to 12 hours a part and one at night if child is 5 and up a tablespoon in day and one at night. Take everyday.
Some herbs will in the bottle. It is normal.
